1cupBob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Steel Cut Oats
1/4cupsliced almonds or pecans,sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.
1/4cuporganic raisins
1/4cupdried coconut flakesunsweetened
1/3cupnut butter, almond, peanut, etc.
1/4cupapplesdiced
1tspcinnamon
1TBSPchia seeds
1cupcoconut milkor other nut milk
1cupfiltered water
Optional Toppings
1/4cuporganic berriesfresh or frozen
1/4cupdried fruitchopped
1/4cupbanana sliced
1/4cupother fruit of your choice
1/4cupcocoa nibs
1/4cupdark chocolate chips
Instructions
Put all ingredients except for toppings in a pan. Stir, cover, and let soak on stovetop overnight.
Next morning heat oatmeal for 10-15 minutes and serve.
