Choco-Berry Protein Smoothie

This healthy, delicious smoothie is packed full of antioxidants, healthy fats, and protein, keeping you satiated and full of energy all morning.
Servings 4 12 oz servings
- 1-2 cups organic frozen berries (blueberries, mixed berries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, mixed nut butter, etc.)
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins gelatin or collagen
- 1 Scoop Amazing Grass Greens Superfood (chocolate or berry flavor)
- 2-3 TBSP organic cocoa powder (non alkalized)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (or other nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 banana, unripe / green
- splash pure vanilla
- 1-2 cups fultered water (to desired consistancy)
- organic cacao nibs to top smoothie
Optional Healthy Additions
- 1 handful organic spinach, arugula, or other greens
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup coconut milk or other nut milk (substitute for 1 cup of water)
- 1 scoop other superfood powders (pumpkin powder, beet root powder, pomegranet powder, moringa, macha, etc.)
- 1 scoop powdered mushrooms (reshi, turkeytail, cordiceps, etc.)
Add all ingredients in order listed
Blend on slow-low mode until mostly blended, increasing spead until everything is well blended
Pour into glasses and sprinkle top with cocoa nibs
