It’s Throw-Back-Thursday again, and I wanted to follow up on my last TBT post about how to Boost Your Immune System to stay healthy during cold and flu season. But what to do if you do catch a cold or flu that’s going around? Not to worry, I’ve got you covered there too.
I wrote a post last winter on how I fight off that cold or flu. So check out my top 5 get well quick remedies for any cold or flu.
I also put a few lemon slices studded with whole cloves into my tea for some extra immune boosting power.
If all else fails, and you do end up sick please help stop the spread of germs by:
- Staying home if you are sick, to prevent the spread of your cold or flu to others who really don’t want it. 🙂
- Washing your hand often.
- Coughing or sneezing into a tissue (or the crock of your elbow if you don’t have a tissue), then washing your hands…and washing that shirt!
- Wiping down your keyboard and phone with alcohol, especially if you share them with others.
Please leave a comment to let me know what other non-pharmaceutical cold and flu remedies you find helpful?
