What Is A Health Coach?
You can think of your health coach as your personal health cheerleader, guide, and partner. Like a sports coach, they help you stay on track with dietary and lifestyle modifications to improve your physical and mental health. According to a New York Times article, “Health coaches can give patients the tools they need to improve their own care and well-being.”
And Dr. Mark Hyman, M.D. thinks “Health Coaches are a vital part of the new health and wellness paradigm”, and he states, “I don’t see how we can have a future of healthcare without Health Coaches.” Many doctors are beginning to partner with health coaches to help guide and motivate their patients and clients in-between visits.

How Can A Health Coach Help You?
So how or where do you begin to reverse or prevent what’s ailing you? This is where I come in. My passion is helping women 40+, who have tried seemingly everything—to overcome their digestion, low-energy, and sleep issues—without success, to feel fantastic again.
Working with a private health coach gives you one-on-one personal guidance. With my Kickstart Your Health program, you’ll learn how to take your health back into your own hands, with fun and easy diet and lifestyle modifications to help you live a happier, healthier life, and achieve the health and wellness goals that you choose.

How Does the Kickstart Your Health Program Work?
As a Functional Wellness Coach, I’m passionate about helping people like you live healthier, happier, more energetic, pain-free lives. In fact, that’s why I created the Kickstart Your Health program. And why I’m currently studying Functional Medicine help my clients even more.
We’ll collaborate to assess your whole health picture. Then together we’ll create a dietary and lifestyle plan based on your unique bio-individuality and long-term wellness goals. As a Health Coach, I won’t tell you what to do. There are no right/wrong answers… We’ll have structured conversations that educate and empower you to think for yourself and come up with your own next steps.
