Dark Chocolate Banana Pudding Recipe

chocolate-puddingJust because we’re kickin’ sugar, doesn’t mean we have to be a total buzz-kill on sweets, right? So here’s a YUMMY dessert that gets all it’s sweetness from a banana. Dark Chocolate Banana Pudding is one of my fav go to desserts. And your friends and family will never guess that there’s no sugar in this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 over-ripe banana
1 TBSP Organic Cocoa Blend Rebalance* or unsweetened coco powder
Optional slivered or chopped almonds or pecans, or shredded coconut flakes to top

Pudding Directions:

Mash up an over-ripe banana and add 1 tablespoon of Organic Cocoa Blend Rebalance or unsweetened coco powder (or more or less to taste.)
Stir it all up for an “instant”, HEALTHY, Dark Chocolate Banana pudding…YUMM!
Then top with your favorite nuts or coconut flakes for an added treat.
