How to Shed Those Pesky 10-pounds

Once I stopped eating “healthy” snack foods and stuck to eating WHOLE foods: fresh fruits and vegetables, those pesky few pounds dropped right off…beware: sugar, sodium, and GMOs are hiding everywhere!
