TBT: Boost Your Immune System

sleepingIt’s Throw-Back-Thursday, so I thought I’d give a quick shout-out to a post I wrote last year. Since cold and flu season is upon us once again, here are Four Tips to Boost Your Immune System

And if you do get sick, help stop the spread of germs by:

  1. Staying home if you are sick, to prevent the spread of your cold or flu to others who really don’t want it. 🙂
  2. Coughing or sneezing into a tissue (or the crock of your elbow if you don’t have a tissue), then washing your hands…and washing that shirt!
  3. Wiping down your keyboard and phone with alcohol, especially if you share them with others.
